Mark West – Managing Director |
Mark joined his dad Peter, in 2003, initially completing repairs and learning the business, then progressing to running the business as Managing Director. Mark’s background is in 3D computer aided design, giving him a unique aptitude for setting up the systems now employed at Damage Doctor to make us the number 1 choice not only for quality of repairs, but more importantly for customer service. Mark’s goals for Damage Doctor is to continue to build on this reputation for service and pro-actively working with our customers, not just for them. Away from work Mark enjoys the outdoors, with fishing and mountain biking as his 2 main interests. |
 Jody – Operations Team Leader |
Jody joined Damage Doctor in 2018 and is the Operations Team Leader. Before working at Damage Doctor Jody worked as a wedding planner, helping couples prepare their wedding and bringing all the suppliers together to make their day run smoothly and be as stress free as possible, so they could just stress on tying the knot! She enjoys the challenge of bringing all parts of customer service to Damage Doctor to make sure a visit goes smoothly for our customers. Away from work Jody enjoys relaxing, spending time with friends and family as well as shopping and getting her nails done! |
 Sue – Accounts Assistant |
Sue joined Damage Doctor in 2011 and is responsible for checking worksheets and raising invoices, working closely with the Operations Team. With years of experience gained in the NHS she is no stranger to the high standards and systems put in place by Mark. Away from work Sue enjoys time with her family as well as walks out with her Cairn Terrier, Clive. |
